PS-tan is a very skilled, professional gamer and can complete every game possible. Despite her mysterious, silent image, she claims that she's an android and always watches over others. It is hinted that she's diagnosed with autism.
PS-tan's appearance is that of some Y2K futuroid, with a PlayStation controller cable tail on the back and teal eyes. Her blue hair is cut into a bob and adorned with a hair ribbon reminiscent of the SCE diamond logo.
