First PlayStation console supporting PlayStation Network connection and Blu-Ray playback.
PS3-tan's appearance is likely reminiscent of Lightning from the Final Fantasy series. She has garnet eyes and pink hair tied into twintails with red ribbons. Her frilly cloak is tied with a brooch reminiscent of the PS button.
Early designs featured her wearing a unique XMB kimono that can change colors depending on the timeline; however this design was scrapped as a bad idea...
Normally PS3-tan is a shy cute girl. She's very sensitive and delicate, and just like the original console, she focuses on no more than just one thought or she will emotionally break down.
PS3-tan is never successful in getting attention, much to her chagrin. She may also take MEAN advantage of those getting past Me-tan whom she has a crush on.
