what exactly is KiSS?
its short for kisekae set system, an early 90s dress up program developed by k.o.s. KiSS data are mostly packed in .lzh archives, containing a .cnf (configuration file), .kcf (16/256 color palette) and .cel (the doll/clothes) files.
